Where are your products shipped from?

All orders placed on this website are shipped from our storefront in Sunriver Oregon.  

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the USA.

How long will my order take?

All orders are processed within 48 hours and expected transit time will be advised at checkout upon selecting your chosen shipping method. We will always process your order as swiftly as possible but please note any shipping delays during transit are unfortunately outside of our control. We will always do our best to advise you of any delays as we are made aware of them.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely. All domestic US orders are free over $150.

What is the return policy?

HAPPEN has a 14 day return policy, return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All clothing items and like accessories must be unworn in original condition with tags to be eligible for a return.

Due to the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, all vintage rugs, vintage textiles, linens, home decor, baskets, books, and apothecary items are final sale. Any return of these item’s will be processed in the form of store credit.

Each item at HAPPEN is thoughtfully selected by hand. Our vintage products may contain blemishes, wear, or imperfections, which gives each piece its one-of-a-kind charm. Our prices are a reflection of the condition of each item, so please consider this when making any purchases of vintage items.

HAPPEN retains the right to refuse return requests should the product(s) be in improper condition.

Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is received damaged you must contact us at sierra@happeninteriors.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment to notify us to be eligible for product replacement or reimbursement.
